Red Mountain Law is an alliance of small law firms who work together to provide businesses and business owners a network of lawyers. Each member law firm has entered into an “of counsel” agreement with the other firms of Red Mountain Law. Red Mountain firms each have a small number of lawyers and focus their practices to certain areas of the law— primarily those most needed by businesses and business owners. By working together, the attorneys of Red Mountain Law can handle a wide array of legal problems. If a member firm cannot handle your legal issue, we will assist you in engaging an attorney who can.

Goodrich Law Firm, LLC provides businesses with the legal services routinely provided by in-house legal counsel. We provide business transactional legal services as well as litigation management. For the growing business, we provide a complete solution from initial inception through formation and growth.

Cunningham Firm, LLC provides legal counsel for businesses and individuals primarily in the areas of general business and corporate law, federal and state & local taxation (including tax controversies), tax incentives, wills and probate, real estate, and real estate finance. The businesses represented by the firm include manufacturing companies; residential and commercial construction companies; real estate investment, leasing, management, and development companies; professional employee search firms; public relations firms; and financial institutions.

Hahn Law Firm, P.C. provides estate and probate planning services to individuals through the use of wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney. We offer simple wills for those clients who currently do not have estate tax issues and more complex planning for those clients with large estates that may be subject to the federal estate tax.

DeWayne Pope, LLC. advises and counsels corporate clients regarding all aspects of employment law, including litigation avoidance, human resource matters, and contracts.  We offer services such as employee handbook, policy and procedure development and review; legal compliance reviews; litigation avoidance counseling; training; representation of companies in court and administrative proceedings; and litigation management.
