Red Mountain Law

ABOUT US

The unique skill set that each member of Red Mountain Law possesses makes that lawyer a valuable solo/small firm practitioner.  All of the participating lawyers subscribe to a set of principles to ensure a level of care and professionalism that are hallmarks of Red Mountain Law:

Principle 1: A lawyer can not and should not practice every type of law.  By staying within your areas of expertise and using a network of other attorneys to provide our clients services outside your area of expertise, clients are provided more efficient and effective service.

Principle 2: A lawyer’s recommendations to his or her client should closely approximate what the attorney would do in their client’s position.

Principle 3: By staying small, the reduction of overhead increases the value delivered to clients.

Principle 4: Essential to delivering effective law services is constantly focusing on rendering services in a cost effective manner.

Principle 5: By working to maintain a personal and family life outside of the legal practice, a lawyer is a better person and a better lawyer.

The backbone of Red Mountain Law is the of counsel relationship of its member attorneys.  Each Red Mountain Lawyer is of counsel to the other Red Mountain lawyers.  This relationship allows our firms, where appropriate, to work together in order to serve the clients of a member firm.  Access to a broader array of experience and expertise allows each firm to better serve their clients' legal needs.  We feel that the structure of Red Mountain Law provides a platform for each of the member firms to best fulfill our core principles.

Please note that the Red Mountain Law firm you engage will be solely responsible for the legal work done for you, whether or not such work is done by directly by that firm or by another member firm.
